Hiring Service plumbers & Sewer/drain techs

We've been a family-owned Chicago shop since 1999. Now we're growing, and we're looking for experienced plumbers ready to lead the next chapter.

Built around plumbers who stay

Most shops hire bodies. We hire people we expect to work beside for the next ten years. Our crew has been together for many years, and every job is done by a Plumbing Department employee. We never use subcontractors.

Demand is up, our membership program is growing, and we're building out the team to match. That means real room to lead: owning the hardest jobs, training the next generation, and helping shape how the company runs as it grows.

Questions plumbers ask us

Do you use subcontractors?
Never. Every job is done by a Plumbing Department employee. That is a big part of why our customers stay with us, and why our plumbers do too.
What kind of work will I be doing?
Residential and light commercial service across Chicago: water heaters, sewer lines, sump pumps, fixture installs, and full bath and kitchen remodels. Much of it is high-end residential work where craftsmanship and how you carry yourself in someone's home both matter.
Is there on-call or weekend work?
Our standard schedule is Monday–Friday · 7am–4pm. If you are interested in weekend or after-hours work we can make that available to you.
Is pay hourly or commission?
Choose between hourly or commission-based pay. Both are full-time W-2 positions with comparable earning potential, and hourly employees are also eligible for sales bonuses.
Do I need a plumbing license?
The Licensed Service Plumber role requires a valid City of Chicago or Illinois plumbing license. The Sewer & Drain Technician role does not, so if you have strong hands-on drain experience without a license, we still want to talk.
I'm not ready to leave my current job. Can I still reach out?
Absolutely. Applications are confidential, and a conversation doesn't commit you to anything. You can also call Jeff directly at 773-617-3686.
