Chicago’s Trusted Plumbing Experts

"The absolute best! Straightforward communication and advice. Work done in a timely fashion. I own 6 rental properties in Chicago, and Jeff and his team have done work at 4 of those properties. I totally trust them and highly recommend the company to anyone!"

"The Plumbing Dept deserves more than 5 stars! I had an issue with my hot water tank. I spoke with Jeff and was able to set up an appointment the next day. He was polite, professional, and honest. Price was very reasonable. Jeff even gave tips on how to maintain the hot water tank to keep it running smoothly and prevent similar issues from happening again."

"They are great. Very good follow-up from getting a quote to the work. Very neat, on time, and work is solid. So many others out there, it's nice to have someone who is honest and dependable. Would HIGHLY recommend. If and when we need additional plumbing services we are calling Jeff."

"One of the most knowledgeable and honest plumbers that you could ask for and trust. Respect and satisfaction are at the forefront when dealing with this company. You get what you paid for with fair and attentive service, no matter the scale of your project."

"Responsive and conscientious! I called Jeff after a copper pipe in my two-flat building had been punctured by a screw. I needed it fixed immediately and had called several other places before calling The Plumbing Department. Jeff showed up when he said he would and did a fantastic job fixing the problem. The water was back on in my building in no time. This was by far and away the best service I have ever received from a trade company in Chicago."

"This place was just great, really responsive, service tech came out right away and worked with me to get the parts under warranty. Trip and hourly rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend!"

"The Plumbing Department does an amazing job. Jeff has done work for me twice and has been affordable and prompt both times, coming out the next day. He even helped troubleshoot before charging me anything. Would recommend 10/10 times."

"Job went well. Easy to communicate with. Knowledgeable and capable group. Better customer service than just about any other plumber I used before. Pleased with the job. Would use again."

"The team of The Plumbing Department is wonderful. They were quick, and even got us in faster than anticipated. Jeff came out and assessed the property, was very patient given the restrictions (condo building), and was able to provide a comprehensive quote as well as complete the work."
