Who could benefit from a membership?

• Memberships are great for all homeowners who want to learn how to better take care of their home. Whether you just purchased a home and want to get more familiar with what your home needs, or you’ve had your home forever and are focusing on maintenance. The discounts apply to all members and are guaranteed to save you money no matter what your plumbing goals are. 

Who can buy memberships?

• At this time our membership plans are only available for single family homes. We are working on putting together some plans for multi-unit buildings that will roll out later this year!

Can I buy memberships for multiple homes?

• Yes you can! Each membership applies to a single property, so if you would like the benefits to apply to multiple homes, you can buy multiple memberships. 

What is included in the 65 point plumbing inspection?

• During the plumbing inspection we will walk through the home with you and visually inspect all the plumbing elements in your home. This includes bathroom faucets, tubs, showers, toilets, kitchen sinks, dishwasher connections, garbage disposals, laundry connections, exterior hose bibs, sump and ejector pumps, water heaters, and MORE! We will answer any questions/concerns you have about the elements in your home, and will provide written estimates for our recommendations. 

How do I purchase a membership?

• You can purchase a membership by calling our office at 773-617-3686, or from any of our plumbers when they come to your home. The benefits begin as soon as you purchase!
