What's actually included in the 65-point inspection?
We walk every fixture, valve, and visible connection in your home. We check water pressure, look for signs of leaks or corrosion, test sump and ejector pumps if applicable, scope accessible drains, inspect your water heater and shutoffs, and check the gas lines. You get a written report with photos and recommendations — prioritized so you know what's urgent vs. what can wait.
Is the 10% discount really on everything?
Yes — every service call, every part, every job. From a $200 drain cleaning to a $15,000 sewer replacement. The only thing it doesn't apply to is the membership fee itself.
What if I never need a plumber that year?
Then you still got the inspection, the priority response if anything comes up, and the peace of mind. Members tell us the inspection alone is worth it — it's the kind of preventive walkthrough most homeowners never get. Plus we send a maintenance reminder before winter, so you don't end up with a frozen pipe or a failed sump in a storm.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime (we'll prorate the difference) and cancel at the end of your annual term. We don't auto-renew without telling you first.
Do I get the same plumber every visit?
As much as possible, yes. We have a small crew that's been together for a decade. We try to send the same person to your home because they already know it.
What if I'm out of town and there's an emergency?
Members get priority response and we have your service history on file. If you've got a tenant, a neighbor, or a property manager who can let us in, we can usually be on-site within a few hours during business days.
